'Who are you?'
The words are rude, especially when asked of the people I've known for so long. People who I should recognise, would kill to recognise. The features are just blurs to me... fading away to nothingness when I turn away, lost to the depths of my mind.

I don't ever call people by name, despite constantly being told to. How could I? It's embarrassing to not remember who is who, insulting to others. Not knowing makes me fall deeper and deeper into a panic, forgetting more and more names as I struggle to hold on to them.

Got this off of a show recently for those trying to focus on weight loss. Make a me list of all the little things you want to do during your weight loss. Now things like "I wanna look like a supermodel as fast as I can" doesn't really count. Not saying that you shouldn't have a goal like that, these are just things you want to do that you want to acomplish along the way to the main goal.
So list off some activities, things you want to wear, things you want to not eat anymore, or something that you think will better yourself as a person bit by bit.

I found the most beautiful thing the other day. The butterfly project. It's meant to dissuade people from self harm, and as someone who has friends who do, and who has, I think it's a really sweet sentiment (I haven't cut in 1-2 years now, so I can't vouch for its efficacy) and other people say that it works, so here goes.
Even if you aren't a cutter, why not do it for solidarity's sake? I have butterflies all up my arm, some fresh and other's faded. It doesn't matter.
